Colonists refusing to build rooves i have all the areas set to allow rooves have several colonists set to construct as priotiy 1 and have fully complete rooms.
Iv even tryed forcing them to build it and they will do the one patch and then bugger off to do something else.
Since it s likely all they can do they ll build the roof.
