Ring Doorbell Solar Panel Not Charging

Solar panel not charging my doorbell after a number of calls with the help centre to try and sort this out it was discovered i had the wrong version of bell for the charger to work with it.

The remaining battery charge keeps decreaeing every. You may need to try a different power outlet or micro usb charging cable if there are no charging lights on the battery. Try charging the battery to 100 as well as checking the solar panel connection is clear of any debris and is securely connected to the cam. I have a solar charger attached to my doorbell and as others i have no idea how it is performing.

Question is that on the ring app there is a block that says install solar charger status.
