Rolling Down Window Unlocks Door

My wife beats me out the door first thing in the morning then comes back in and asks me if i left the front windows down and the doors unlocked.

That s the mystery i haven t been able to solve. We shut it down with the windows up get out lock it from the door handle button. About 15 seconds later the windows roll down doors unlock on their own. I swear i did not leave them open as i rarely roll them down at all.

Problem is i didn t follow the instructions in the owner manual for the proper way of disconnecting the battery. On many car models the electric remotes that lock and unlock the doors and trunk come standard but a convenient feature of the key remote has long gone unused by many car owners. When i get home i try doing the auto window reset just for s s and g s and the windows completely deactivate cant roll them up or down. Having said that switching on the option and holding down the unlock button for a few seconds just unlocks the doors for me the window still rolls down a few inches but not fully.
